Zestagram

Online Photography

  Taking an image and freezing a moment reveals what impressionistic reality truly is. Observe, while you tiptoe around this world and quietly, borrow a moment and immure it in the lens of your camera to find its place on the wall of Zest’19.  

Themes:

  1. Colours and Monochrome
  2. Landscapes and Vistas
  3. Emotions
 

Rules and Regulations:

  1. To carry their entry valid, participants must be following “@zestxaviers”, the official Instagram handle of Zest’19
  2. Instagram account of the participant should be public
  3. Use of watermark is strictly prohibited
  4. Photographs can be uploaded from 20 December 2018 till 20 January 2019
  5. A participant can upload only one photograph per theme, i.e. three entries per participant is allowed
  6. All photographs submitted should be the original work of the participant
  7. Only limited photo processing is allowed like cropping, highlights & shadows, etc.
  8. Usage of inbuilt Instagram filters is allowed
  9. Participant must use the following hashtags while uploading the photographs: #zestxaviers #zestagram2019 #zestagram19xaviers
  10. Photographs should be accompanied by the following information: Name of the participant, College name and Registration number
  11. Digital manipulation or collages are not allowed
  12. If any of the rules mentioned above are violated, participant will be disqualified
  13. Change of rules and/or acceptability of entries are at the discretion of the committee, if required

Tik Tok

  Creativity can be shown in various forms and TikTok is a destination for short-form mobile videos. The idea is to capture and present the world’s creativity, knowledge and precious moments. TikTok gives everyone a chance to be a creator and encourages people to share their passion and creative expression through their videos. Carpe Diem! Outlive every moment like it was the last.    

Rules and Regulations:

  1. To carry your entry valid, the participant must be following “@zestxaviers”, the official Instagram handle of Zest’19
  2. Instagram account of the participant should be public
  3. Participant(s) will have to make a video of themselves using the official TikTok app
  4. Team size: 1-2 members
  5. Time limit per video is 1 minute
  6. The video prepared by the participant(s) must not contain any obscene words/any subject that hurts the feelings of any culture/language/region/religion
  7. Video has to be the original work of the participant(s)
  8. Any sign of plagiarism will not be entertained
  9. Participant has to use the following hashtags while uploading the videos: #tiktokzest19 #tiktokxaviers #zestxaviers
  10. Videos should be accompanied by the following information: Name of the Participant, College Name and Registration Number
  11. If any of the rules mentioned above are violated, the participant will be disqualified
  12. Change of rules and/or acceptability of entries are at the discretion of the committee

  An infectious flu, either really deep or really, really obvious; Memes have their territory all over the screens. So, Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. (Refer: Bear Grylls Memes) And MAY-MAY the force be with you!  

Rules and Regulations:

  1. To deem their entry valid, participant must be following “@zestxaviers”, the official Instagram handle of Zest’19
  2. Instagram account of the participant should be public
  3. Participant will have to make memes
  4. Memes prepared by the participant must not contain any obscene words or any subject that hurts the feelings of any culture/community/language/region/religion
  5. Memes must be the original work of the participant
  6. Any sign of Plagiarism will not be entertained
  7. Participant has to use the following hashtags while uploading memes: #onlinememeszest19 #onlinememesxaviers #zestxaviers
  8. Memes should be accompanied by the following information: Name of the Participant, College Name and Registration Number
  9. If any of the rules mentioned above are violated, participant will be disqualified
  10. Last date to submit entries is 30 January 2019
